Active Adults-Women Wellness-Program : Monday - Friday : 1 hour : 

5 days For Best Results. 9am-10am. Women's Wellness Program : Intensity/Pace : Low to Med!

Fun Loving Class for Active/Young Moms and New-Moms. This class is result oriented focused to women's health. From just basic startup-workout or just somebody who wants to get rid of their sedentary lifestyle and get it started to move under a trained instruction.

This program is mastermind of Hetal Joshi(Launch Year & Success : 2014-2016) and over 20 women ages 25 to 35 years old registered for package classes for 2 years alternate days program. While some joined daily 5-day program. Students/Young Moms/Adults in this program recovered from their daily-back pains, other day-to-day body sprains & post delivery issues(permanently). This program was kept to pause as the contract w/existing venue ended and then we were looking for our own. Instructor : Ms. Hetal Joshi.

Instructor is 3 times national qualifier international athlete (India) with full scholarships, former zumba certified, 3 martial arts trainer and IIM-AMA Trainer for Youth-Active Adults Programs.

AMPD BURN : Once A Week : 1 hour : Wednesday : 7am to 8am

Move over, ballet - there's a new sheriff in town! AMPD Burn takes the thoughtful movements of barre and ballet and combines them with the muscle building elements of strength training. This hybrid workout not only helps lengthen muscles and help flexibility, but also helps grow muscle through the use of weights. We target the entire body in these classes to make sure you feel the burn and have fun doing so.

Because AMPD Burn incorporates both movements and weights, this format is low impact and can be adjusted for any fitness level or body type. Do you have a participant that needs to lower their weights within the class? No problem. Just have them switch to body weight only - the movements are tough enough that class attendees will still achieve results without weights.  Instructor : Ms. Marchawn
